Community Outreach

At Summit, we want our kids to learn what it means to live out our value of being “in the city, for the city.” As we follow Jesus, we look for opportunities to love and serve others in practical ways. That’s why during VBS & Kids Camp we’re partnering with Morning Star Ranch to create Home on the Ranch welcome baskets for foster boys and girls ages 6–15 who are entering a new home.

Every child deserves to feel welcomed, cared for, and safe. Through this project, kids will have the opportunity to help provide comfort, encouragement, and everyday essentials to young people entering a new home. Together, we’re teaching the next generation that following Jesus means caring for our community and sharing His love in tangible ways.
